They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
The drawback here is that Dr. Galbraith is very, very, very in demand. His prices are reasonable and he's always ready to work you in...which means that others are being worked in around you. Sometimes could use more staff, and staff is sometimes simply overwhelmed in the crush. But, he'll always get you in, show up in an emergency, and that's worth a lot.
