When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Was treated horribly by the Dr. who had neutered my dog without my permission by people who lied to her. She assumed no responsibility and did not attempt to find an owner after the dog was gone for a little over 24 hours. In referring to me, used words like 'jerk' and 'idiot' over the phone and then told me I was unprofessional. Stay FAR FAR away!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment.
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They take excellent care of all my animals. They are knowlegable and they research any unfamilliar treatments or problems.They never just plow through and see if it works.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
