I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
