I will never take any of my animals there anymore. We used to take our horses, dogs and cats there but out most recent visits have been sub par. Kevin is now very impersonal and his wife is just as bad. A while back called in for a emergency and asked if she had time because I had a dog with gvd. I was being nice due to the fact she might be in another call etc. all I got was a attitude. She acted more annoyed than ever even when I arrived to the clinic. I used to enjoy going here but now I have gone else where as well as my WHOLE barn and neighbors. Even my mother said the same thing. What a shame no hospitality there.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I went to this Veterinary Service with my 13 month old doberman. She had a single white drop on her vulva after urination. The doctor asked a few questions about apetite, urination, energy level and smell of the drip on her vulva. All things were normal and no odor from vulva. No blood work was done. The doctor diagnosed pyometra and prescribed cephelaxen and wanted me to agree to schedule surgery for ovariohyserectomy (spay) within the week. I declined until doing further research. One week after the antibiotic term of ten days, a single white drip on the vulva again. I called the vets office and informed them of this and I was told she needed ovariohysterectomy (spay) soon as pyometra can be deadly. I reluctantly (because she is not finished developing at 13 months) agreed to the surgery. Ten days after the irreversable ovariohysterectomy surgery another single white drop shows on her vulva. It is my opinion after speaking with other people about this pyometra illness; that my doberman was NOT ill from pyometra. Furthermore I believe that this veterinary service pushes spay/neuter and used fear to get my agreement. I believe that spay/neuter is a personal choice for each pet owner after considering all pros and cons to the procedure (do your research). After speaking with the owner of this office concerning this issue, it is clear that they are pushing spay/neuter. No apology for this one way life change for my doberman (at my cost).

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.
