The first review, Julie, must just be sour grapes.
It's not true everyone drives 100 miles round trip to visit Lancaster. I'm one of them that doesn't.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, they care about your animals and treat them very kindly. Service was wonderful.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't know anyone in this town that doesn't have a horror story about her treatment of their pet. Everyone I know drives 100 miles roundtrip to a competent vet in Lancaster

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
