He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I took my dog here a few times. At first, I was pleased because I did not feel pressure to purchase extra things (flea meds, extra bloodwork, etc) but when my dog was actually sick, and showing signs of illness, they dismissed him. They suggested I switch his dog food and put him on muscle relaxers for a twitch in his neck. 3 days after following their advice, he could no longer walk. When I brought him back, they suggested I put him down and when I asked about the nasal discharge on a follow up call, they said I never told them about it. If they had looked at him at all that day they would have noticed it. They were rude and defensive when I asked about symptoms that my dog presented.
They do not have the time to answer your questions or discuss your options.
ALSO -- I have waited for over 2 hours for my dog to be half-heartedly seen for maybe 20 minutes.
Another time, we brought a litter of puppies in and they said they were so healthy looking they did not need to be de-wormed. Find out after they have been placed in homes that the puppies have awful cases of worms, and that de-worming is not some extra expense, but a standard thing to have done.
