The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
