They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with especially Dr. Agresta and Heather. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered completely. The office was very easy to locate and I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They know my name and my dog and address us as such. I would highly recommend Dr. Agresta to anyone who need an excellent veterinarian or looking to change vets.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I have had to make follow-up calls after having my dog was seen and I had problems administering the medication. They were very understanding and gave me suggestions to do it so that my dog would let me put the medication in his ear.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
