I travel the US with my dogs & have never run into this situation before. My vet clinic called Companion Pet Clinic to have them refill a prescription that I ran out of for one of my dogs, & they would not accommodate their request without seeing my pet. My conclusion: this showed complete disrespect for the team of professional vets that I work with on a very consistent basis, & they only care about making money than an animal in need.

Dr. Johnson is not trained properly in exotic animal care. If you have a rabbit that you need treated, spayed or neutered, do not take your bunny to this clinic. They say they treat rabbits but I don't want anyone to go through the grief I have and loose a pet to an unqualified vet. I took to bunnies to be neutered by him and they both died due to lack of knowledge and care.

Dr. Alford is an excellent dog and cat vet. I don't know about Dr. Johnson's ability to treat dogs and cats.
