They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

No, they didn't tell me anything that I could be doing better
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
No, they just told me worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
