Sometimes, but not always
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

My Wife brought her dog, Lil Miss, for surgery to remove Cancerous Tumors. A 6-inch- long incision for a 6.4 lb Maltese. Surgery went well, but the incompetent/unfeeling vet-tech told my wife no antibiotics, or pain meds were needed. Well, of course, she was in agony when the IV painkiller wore off. Lisa gave her Aspirin until she could get back for pain meds. A few days later, symptoms of infection manifested. Back to the vet, where he drained a lot of fluid, and gave Antibiotics, saying she should have gotten both from the beginning. Unfortunately, the infection appears to have spread to her spine, and heart, and it doesn't look like she's going to last much longer. I'd like to see how that tech would feel, having major surgery, then being sent home the same day with no medication/painkillers. The Veterinarian himself is excellent, but the young tech should be fired.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, there was no annoying music

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
