Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff did not make me feel stupid for calling. I callwitrh any concernsa and they are happy to help. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went the extra mile an kept my dog from being put down due to another vet nmis diagnosing him. I recommend him to everyone with a pet.
