We have gone to this practice two times in as many years with the same pet for regular check ups and vaccines. Our experience was not optimal in the least. For both appointments we were on time, but were made to wait 45 min. until the vet came in! 45 minutes. Both times they apologize for 'forgetting us' - how do you forget your customers and your patients?? The table in the room where we were waiting was dirty and smelled profusely. The vet did not weigh our pet, did not chat at all, did not say thank you or good bye when leaving. Very poor 'bedside manners'. In addition, this practice needs an upgrade to the building and to shovel their driveway in the winter.

We are not returning again, and would not recommend them at all.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

This is the best Vet clinic I've ever experienced. I've always had dogs and have moved around alot so have been to alot of vets. At this clinic I know that the best care is going to be provided with compassion. They never try to push unneeded services, always fit us in if an emergency comes up, and have referred us to a specialist clinic when necessary. Their prices are very reasonable and I would never go anywhere else!
