Their staff was friendly but the DVM didn't go out of his way to help me understand the drastic change my dogs semen had taken over a 9 week period after siring 7 DNAd puppies. He didn't offer suggestions etc. Being a RN, I have had the time to look at my dogs sperm under the microscope and within the last two weeks there were about a 1/3 viable sperm visible. I felt he was very short, didn't have any suggestions and was happy the quicker I left the better. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their prices were very fair. I would have rather paid triple the charge and been able to ask some questions, but it was very evident he wasn't interested.
