( LINK BELOW) Beautiful Bo didn't get to celebrate his 1 year old birthday. The nearly 100lb Newfoundland-boxer mix that was said to have looked like a Great Dane was under the care of Dr. Steven Swart at Capitol Veterinary Clinic in Salem Oregon who claims Bo slipped out of his collar while on a potty break. Dr. Swart said that Bo's collar was loose because of the weight that he had lost from the surgery 48 hours earlier. Bo was found but had been struck by a car and died. Dr. Swart said Bo died due to an infection and not from the car accident.
