Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Chris and all his staff provide excellent care, very friendly, very compassionate with pets and owners. We used him when we lived in Lebanon and although the office is 50 plus miles from where we currently live, we still take our pets to Chris.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They fully explained my cat's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my cat has and what treatments are available. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!
