They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I had to wait for a little while.
