I have 16 cats. They range in age from 2 years to 19. All of them are 'fixed' and up to date on their shots. A majority of them have been spayed/neutered at Kincheloe and each and every time, the service was very good or I would never have gone back.

They occasionally get backed up on return phone calls, but they always call back and give you an appointment, as best they can. The only time I could not get an appointment quickly was during the bad snows of 2010 and I had to go to Lucky Ones in Maryland, also an excellent place to have your pet fixed.

You need to remember to call a couple of months before your pet needs to be done and you should not have any problem getting an appointment,.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
