Dr. Scarbrough has changed through the years, He rarely speaks and appears disinterested. His front office staff in the past have been rude but the current office staff are very nice. He will not write you a prescription to get generic heart worm medication or other generics.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. i moved out of state and my dog died because all they care about up here is money. he always worked with me and saved my other dog. i truely miss this vet love yall!!!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not much was accomplished during my pet's appointment, and it left me dissatisfied. I had to call several other vets. The dog vas very ill and I had to get help elsewhere. He is good with maintaining healthy pets. I would not trust him with more comprehensive problems. His staff is unsupportive and rude. They act like you are bothering them when you ask questions. He does not say much either. He helped my puppy survive Parvo. But she developed symptoms of Distemper and all he gave us was vaccinations and amoxicillin. I found an experimental treatment for Distemper at Westheimer Vet Clinic in Houston that they have had great success with over the last three years. Will know later this week whether or not it will work. No guarantee. But, it's more proactive than guessing what to do and then doing nothing.
