Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Popeye greets everybody.

I am always in awe at the level of service I receive there. We have been going there for several years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressure me. They are always very considerate and professional. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!

The examining rooms at Manakin-Sabot Veterinary Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
