Dr. Brooks and his staff are the best their prices are fair, the office is clean and I have never hd a bad experience with this office I recommend him to everyone I know!!! Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
