No, if they had music on it was very soothing

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
