Started with one Am Bulldog, then grew to three dogs and cat and now my daughter has two dogs and a cat she also brings to Dr. Baker. I've been coming to this facility for 12 years now and now we don't live so close we still go there for all our pets needs. Why? Because, they consider me and all our pets their own family, and they know all of us by names -yes ALL of them. Dr, Baker, Kelly and Kendall always gave me their warm and personalized service they are part of our family, too. HIghly recommended, in fact will not go anywhere else.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
