I have had to leave this Vet because we moved 2 hours away. I do want to give my feedback because they should have it. During the period that I was using them they also took good car of my dogs and were good to us as customers.

They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. Office is small and it could use a remodeling but I didn't care because it was clean.

I lost both of my Shetland Sheepdogs due to age and illness. They were so very kind to us during this period. I was very upset at the loss of the first one and I can tell you that they were very soothing to me through the whole process. Since then I now have 2 tiny little Chihuahua's. They also took care of them during their first few years. If it wasn't for the drive I would have stayed there.

I 100% recommend Susan and her staff.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
