I was in pain and they worked me in to see Dr Kauffman ( a new 1st visit patient ) within a couple hours. They were very thorough and attentive spending all the time necessary to examine me and answer my questions . The entire staff is very friendly and professional and I was very satisfied with my visit. I will absolutely return. I had a very positive experience, and am pleased with the treatment plan we are following. I am also pleased with myself for choosing Dr. Kauffman.

Dr. Ryan Kaufman and his staff are fantastic and made sure every single question I had was answered. As important to me was Dr Kaufman's bedside manner. In my years of going to doctors, I've NEVER had a doctor with a more friendly and fun attitude that caused me to unknowingly relax as soon as we met. His knowledge of my issue was superb and I would highly recommend him and his office staff too. Lastly, this was my first visit and should I have any future ENT issues, I will certainly call them!

Dr. Kauffman was so helpful and caring. His ultimate goal really is to help his patients feel better! Whenever I was at his office, I felt like a priority, even though he has plenty of other patients and things on his mind. He is 100% there, all the time. Wonderful doctor! I recommended him to all.
