Yes, they were immaculate!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
