They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very informed after my visit. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't feel rushed at all.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Occasionally they will have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, from time to time they will have some sort of discount. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
