I have been a patient here since about June of 2005. I had been to a very unique type of chiropractor in Miami-Dade county for a few years before moving to NE Fla. So eventually decided to find another one. All of the staff since then has been very friendly,& helpful as Dr. Otto chooses his staff quite carefully. As a retired nurse, I tend to understand how this type of care helps the body in ways that may not be understood by the general public. The care that I have received in these past years have helped me to be much more aware of my posture, as it seems that I was beginning to lose the correct alignment of the spinal column. So I continue to maintain at a monthly rate, in order to "keep me straight"! It didn't matter how many times I called with a concern, they are always happy to help me. His facility is quite comfortable in all areas. All treatment methods were explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated that fact. He is also very knowledgeable regarding improving lifestyle habits, including the best way to eat in order to become more healthy, lose weight, etc.
