They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
