Everything was fine until I attempted to get the contact lenses I ordered. They 'lost' my file. I'm really angry b/c I'm wearing an old pair of contacts and find it hard to see.

They also left me with the impression I paid for everything including the contacts, which they told me today I had not.

Very confusing.

Next time... No Walmart for me.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
