This is the second pair I purchased from this store. I recently broke the frames and scratched the lenses. Purchasing a two year warranty I thought I could go to another Walmart and get them replaced. NOT, there are many associates within Walmart - this store has a bunch of UNFRIENDLY sales staff with very POOR demeanor (Karen), even when I was purchasing $900.00 worth of stuff. As for replacing the item, I drive from DC to Florida and will need to be without glasses while they take mine (broken as they are) until new ones arrive Will NOT even loan me my own broken pair!!! . Meanwhile the other drivers are at their own risk :) I do not like this scam that they have setup and will not purchase from them again! I need a reputable national company that cares for the very people paying them! I wonder if a pink slip or two for this store is not in order!!!

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
