After reading the other reviews I thought maybe I was in an other Eye Center but unfortunately not.... As a customer getting a contact prescription filled I was being processed while they were answering the phone (very disruptive) was trying to solve another customer issues who walked up after me which involved two other employees..... the payment and name was said outloud several times till one finally had the soundness to say "let's discuss this later" which she had to repeat three times... then they proceeded to help yet another customer which brought him up to the very small counter where I am writing down personal info as he is leaning in looking but the lady did "justify her action by saying I am waiting for you to process so I will just help the next customer (do they not understand PRIVACY) All in all I left thinking they need trained on proper customer care, an appearance lesson and a more professional overall office.... O and I forgot to mention that a man ran late and they had that discussion in public about why the doctor wasn't going to wait around for a patient when they had other things to do...... I never have seen the optomotrist (who may be great) but the office reflects poorly on her/him

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
