I will absolutely return. I had a great visit. They are more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary.

I was apprehensive at first, but the staff was accomodating and patient. One of the ladies was preparing to leave, but she stayed to make sure that I was being helped. I was not in a hurry and made sure that I did not display nonverbal signs of being in a hurry. All of the staff contributed to assisting me in a very timely manner. They all offered input and traded places in a very smooth flowing fashion. They greatest part is that they did not seem to mind and I did not feel as though I was putting anyone out. I left with a smile, feeling like a million bucks and I left them with a chuckle or two as well!
