The woman who greeted us upon arrival was super nice and helpful. Our wait time was hardly noticeable. The optometrist was friendly and comforting (but not TOO friendly) He actually made you feel like you were a person and not just another patient. We had a problem with one of our glasses and he fixed the problem quickly and correctly. I would definitely go here again and have recommended this office to others

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
