They were kind of knowledgeable about the different types of contacts available. I wasn't entirely convinced they knew what they were talking about however. Their equipment they use for eye exams was so old I was sure it was going to break during my appointment. I don't understand why they don't upgrade it. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

I've had a good experience each time I've made an appointment and visited here. I've noticed that they adhere to customer care and if anything goes wrong they make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me sufficient information to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. Their office was nice and quiet. They take the time to listen to me and I know they care about what I have to say. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked best for my schedule.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
