The entire staff works very hard to make sure that my mom's room is always immaculate. The sheets are always clean, the floors are swept, and her supplies are always on hand. The entire staff encourages friends and family to visit residents at any time. They really understand how important it is to the residents to have regular visitors. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for any concerns, like a recent medication issue. The food is excellent and the caregivers help folks make good selections and help them eat if they need it. They also keep snacks and coffee on hand throughout the day. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
