They paid attention to me and whatever questions I had were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I have been pleased with my visits. It would have been nice, however, if they had notified their repeat customers when they moved their office across town. They kept the same phone number, but I had to call them after I had gone to my appointment ON TIME at the wrong place. They should have called and told me. I do enjoy Spa Pima's services, though, and will be going back. I have always had a nice experience.

I asked for a deep tissue massage appointment for my neck and shoulders. The students doing that type of massage are farther along in their training -- graduating in a month or two. They did good work. The staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
