I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I saw Dr. Koren for a hormone imbalance. Not only did he ignore ALL of my symptoms, he also listed off my hormones from my lab work from 6 months ago, saying each one was fine. The thing is, he listed off progesterone saying it was fine, and progesterone wasn't even on the lab results. He didn't bother looking at my medical info, he just told me I was fine (when three other doctors disagreed and I was going to him for prescription management). This doctor is a waste of time, and he's only in it for the money from the insurance company. He knows slim to nothing about hormones, and he definitely doesn't care about the patient.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

The gal with the short hair and doesn't like to drive any kind of Jeeps but her mom has one(yes heard all their conversations about everything, including about some one named Mary they couldn't stand) not very professional was very rude on the phone and in the office was unfriendly. The wait time was 45 minutes in waiting area and an hour in the room alone. Doctor seemed to know what he was talking about but did not listen to anything I had to say and made me feel horrible. Don't want to go back but if I can't find anyone else that takes my insurance I guess I have to.:(
