No, I didn't feel comfortable at all
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Did not answer phone calls when my child had difficulty getting a prescription filled. Left several messages but got no response. Apparently no one backs him up when he is on vacation.

I was surprised when they put me on payment plan as I didn't have necessary monies for the visit. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them.
