They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. My massage was terrible. I didn't feel relaxed at all when I left, I actually felt worse than I had before my massage. They should invest in higher quality oils. The oil they used during my massage wasn't the best. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

There's been times where I've gotten a massage, and the whole massage was ruined because they had very calloused hands. I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about that here. They had very smooth hands, which made the whole massage even more enjoyable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
