The waiting area is just a nice size and there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. Let me just say that this business is in a safe neighborhood and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They knew so much about the different types of massages. They were able to do massages that I had never even heard of before. This is the best massage that I have ever had and I have had quite a few. It is awesome place to go and relax and have a great massage. You will feel like you are in heaven.

Absolutely. They went above and beyond to make me feel respected
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I felt much more relaxed after my massage. It was great to be able to unwind. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Very! They were experts
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
