They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was very happy with the way my appointment went. They gave me more information than I ever expected they would. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
