I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
