Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
A holistic approach to care means that everybody is on board at that level. In my opinion, not all the staff were the right people in that position.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, but they said they were going to!

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was very disappointed with how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I spent a very long time in there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually don't get back to me for at least a few weeks. They really need to check their messages more often.i am without meds due to staff negligence. I showed up for an appt. that was not changed because they have repeatedly forgotten to record my newest cell number on their computer and didn't bother calling my parent's home when they couldn't reach me. My mother has called at least 5 times to get my scripts called in. I am over due on meds that are not supposed to be skipped. The burden of guilt was passed on to me and I am in a quandry as to what I am supposed to do.This is so very frustrating for me. How unprofessional !

The worst I have seen

Yes, it was convenient
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
