These people make getting mental health care a true headache! You have to wait forever for appointments, when I had an appointment to see my actual therapist they had set me up with another one to see the intake counselor. I recently had to reschedule an appointment and my Nurse Practioner (not psychiatrist) told me I would have to wait because she didn't think I was having a medication issue. Isn't that what mental health services are there for? To address med changes and tharapies that work? When I called the crisis line they refused to help me because I'm not planning on killing myself and the lady on the phone talked to me like I was a child. Very insulting. I hate this place! If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
