THIS IS A UNETHICAL BAD DR. N I ECHO OTHER JOHN DOES COMMENTS, REVIEWS HERE! SEVERAL YEARS AGO MY CHILDREN N I WERE SUBJECTED TO USE HIS SERVICES... VERY STRANGE N UNETHICAL AS HE WOULD ASK N SAY THINGS ie STORIES, PITTING 1 AGAINST OTHER WITH BRIBES , FIBS, STORIES, ETC, TO UPSET N ALIENATED MY 2 CHILDREN IN THEIR PRE-TEENS YEARS THAT SET THEM/ME BACK MANY YEARS AS A DOUBLE- SINGLE PARENT, CAUSING FEAR N SUSPICION N DAMAGE OF MY CHILDREN TALKING TO ANY OTHER CHILD PSCHOLOGISTS/PROFESSIONALS IN THE FUTURE, ETC. A VERY BAD, UNSCRUPULOUS MAN WHO I HOPE NEVER PRACTICES HIS TRADE AGAIN, HOPEFULLY DISBARRED PERMANENTLY FOREVER!!!

I brought my family to see Dr. Rubin. My kids were out of control, doing poorly in school and constant fighting with each other. I found Bart extremely knowledgeable about working with kids and teens. He's got like thirty years of experience with this population. After two months, I found I was much more in confrol of my household due to his interventions. I found him extremely competent, knowlegeable, supportive, available and kind. I know my kids also liked him alot even though he was helping me get better charge of them. I'd strongly recommend him.

Dr. Bart Rubin has been my psychologist for a number of years. I have many mentally ill family members, some severely so, as well as my own issues. With singular expertise, professionalism, wisdom, compassion and patience, Dr. Rubin has guided me to a new understanding and coping strategy for dealing with my family members' and my own issues. My mental health and quality of life are immeasurably better as a result of my work with Dr. Rubin. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Bart Rubin had his licensed revoked for multiple ethical violations (e.g., billing fraud, forging signatures, fabricating notes, dual relationship, lying to government officials) by the Board of Psychology of California. The revocation was stayed for 5 years with probation, which he already violated and therefore had his license temporarily suspended. A number of government agencies cut off all contracts with him as a result, forcing him to close his clinic. This guy is not to be trusted. Read all 25 pages of accusations and 12 pages of decisions against him by going to the California Board of Psychology's website, verifying his license, and reading the included PDFs.
