Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Sometimes, but not always

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Yes, they don't show favoritism
