Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
