Hello to all my Peeps ;" I'm feeling stronger everyday and more balanced knock on wood or my head..LOL.... I haven't fallen about 3 months !! I was so off balance when I first started . Dr Salinger would see me @ Dr Rosenburg's office. Then he opened his own Therapy Workout.. Called Balance for life ! It is a Bio Bone -Density Machines to help build up all your core mussels ,Fixes your posture ;' Now when I'm on my PC I'm sitting straight up ! my body tells me when I slouch . I'm telling anyone who can relate to my problems ;" Dr Salinger is the Man ! <3 You Doc ;" and Staff ;)
