Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

This Dr is clueless! The worst.... Misdiagnosed. I think I'd have better luck asking a pharmacist at walmart to diagnose me than this guy!!! To think I wasted so much money & time.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It was totally a bad fit for the Administrative staff as they obviously were not well trained in customer service.
